At Spider Canada, blue is the reading of the web print that carries furthest: on the blue ground the arched wordmark, the pocket web and the sleeve stars sit in a lighter ink, so the graphic reaches across a room where a black ground keeps the same print to itself. 380 GSM Fleece, Brushed Inside
The cloth is 100% cotton fleece at 380 GSM, brushed on the inner face and smooth outside. A high-street pullover sits near 280 to 320 GSM; at 380 the body holds its shape and a strong blue keeps its depth instead of going chalky. The tonal, quietest reading is the black web hoodie.
Fit and Features
The Oversized Cut
It is cut oversized with the shoulder seam set low on the arm, which gives the chest web a flat panel to sit on. On a bright ground that dropped shoulder shows more than on black.

Materials and Care
Washing a Coloured Fleece
Keeping the Blue and the Ink
Turn it inside out and wash cold. A coloured ground loses brightness faster in warm water than black does, and inside out keeps the dye and the web off the drum.
Drying and Pressing
Hang it rather than tumbling it; heat dulls a blue and cracks the web ink, in that order.
What It Works With
Blue sits easily over a white or gray tee through autumn. For a softer everyday ground in the same family, the heather-gray web hoodie is the one.
If you would rather the print stay warm, the OG Web hoodie in pink pitches it on a soft pink ground.
