Track Your Order

How to Track a Spider Canada Order

It is in the dispatch email, which is the second email you get from us, not the first. The first one only confirms the order was placed; if you cannot find it, check three things before writing in:

  • The spam folder, since a dispatch email with a tracking link lands there more often than anything else we send.
  • The address you typed at checkout, in case a letter went astray.
  • Whether the order has actually been dispatched yet, because there is no reference until it has.

Everything is also in your account, which is the quicker route if you have one.

Reading Tracking Without Losing Sleep

Carriers scan a parcel into their system when it suits them, not the moment they take it. A new reference can sit still for a day before anything happens; that is normal and not a sign of a problem.

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Mid-route silence is also normal. A parcel can go several days between scans, particularly when it crosses a border, and then appear as out for delivery with no warning at all.

The point to chase is when it has missed the estimated date and there has been no scan for several days. Send us the order number then and we will open it with the carrier from our side.

When the Address Is the Real Problem

A parcel that stalls on the same scan for days is usually sitting at a depot waiting on an address detail rather than lost. Check what you typed at checkout first: a missing apartment or building number is the single most common cause, and it is fixable while the parcel is still with the carrier.

If the address is right, the next thing worth checking is whether anyone else at your address accepted it. Carriers record a name on delivery, and that name is often on the tracking page rather than in the email.

What to Send Us

Order number, the tracking reference and the last scan you can see, through the contact page. That is enough to open a case with the carrier without a chain of replies asking for the same three things. Chasing before the estimated date has passed rarely moves anything, and the carrier will not act on it either.

Reading the Tracking Updates

Once an order ships, the tracking link is the single source of truth, not this page. A status that sits on “label created” for a day usually means the parcel is waiting for its first scan at the depot, not that it has been lost, and it will jump forward once the carrier handles it. “Out for delivery” is the only status worth planning your day around. If a scan has not changed in several working days, that is the point to get in touch with. Spider Canada so the order can be looked at from our side rather than guessed at from yours.

When an Address Is Wrong

Tell us the moment you spot a mistake in the shipping address. A correction made before the parcel leaves is simple; once it is moving through the network, the carrier controls where it goes and a redirect is not always possible.
