Help
Most requests for Spider Canada help come down to one of five things: what size to take, how to wash a print, where a parcel is, how to send something back, and who to ask when none of those covers it. Each has its own page below.
Common Questions
The twenty questions we get most, sorted by subject, each with a short answer under it. Skim it before you write in. The answer is usually sitting there already.
Sizing and Fit
Flat measurements for every shape we make, so you can compare against a garment you already own instead of guessing from a photograph on a screen.
Caring for a Print
Cool wash, inside out, no dryer. That covers most of it. The rest is sorted by garment type and takes about two minutes to read.
Shipping and Delivery
How an order is packed and handed over, where we can deliver, and what to do when tracking goes quiet halfway through.
Returns and Refunds
What comes back without trouble, what cannot come back at all, how a return starts, and the route a refund takes to reach you.
Payments and Refunds
Methods that work at checkout, pending charges explained, and the reason a refund can land as a reversal instead of a fresh line.
Tracking an Order
Where the tracking reference lives, how long silence is normal, and the point at which a quiet parcel is worth chasing.
Contact Us
A message that reaches a person rather than a form that goes nowhere. Include an order number and it moves considerably faster.
The Full Shop
Every garment in stock in one grid, forty-four pieces in all, from 380 GSM hoodies down to 180 GSM tees.
Your Account
Order history, saved addresses and anything you have put on a wishlist, all behind one login.
What This Site Does Not Have Yet
Kids, tracksuits, shorts, short sets, sweaters, accessories, beanies and caps are all open pages with nothing in them. That is on purpose rather than a fault, so the sizing and care notes are ready when stock lands.
Getting Spider Canada Help on the First Reply
Two details do almost all the work. An order number, if there is one. The print name and colorway, if there is not. With both, a question usually takes one reply instead of three.
A photograph settles anything physical faster than a description does, especially for a damaged print or a seam that has given way.
Things We Cannot Do
We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has scanned it in, and we cannot put a print on a garment it is not offered on.
Neither of those is a policy we enjoy. Both come down to the same thing: once something has left our hands, it is genuinely out of them.
When to Write in Straight Away
An address typed wrong, a size you want changed, or a piece that arrived damaged. All three have a short window where they are easy and a long stretch afterward where they are not.
Everything else can wait for a normal reply, and will get one.
