Bulk and Team Orders

Ordering the same piece for a group runs into one hard limit here: stock is held in small numbers per size and colorway. Eight of one hoodie in one size is a different request from eight spread across four sizes, and the second one is usually possible when the first is not. Sizes are the other half of the arithmetic. Everything here runs S to XL and nothing beyond it, so a group with people outside those four is a conversation to have at the start rather than at checkout.

How This Actually Works

Tell us what you want before you order rather than after. We will check the run against real stock and tell you what can be filled now, what would need to wait, and which colorway of the same print has the depth you need. No order gets split silently to make a number look achievable. What speeds that up is sending the request in the same terms the rail is built on: shape, weight, size, colorway, count. Hoodies, zip hoodies, cargos and. sweatpants are the 380 GSM french terry pieces; crewnecks and long sleeves are 240 GSM; tees sit between 180 and 220 depending on how boxy the cut is. Sizes run S to XL on every shape. If a group can take two grounds of the same drawing rather than one, say so in the first message, because that alone is often the difference between filling the whole order now and waiting on a single size.

What to Send with the Request

  • The print and colorway, or the shapes if you are flexible on the drawing.
  • The size breakdown, not just the total, since that is the part that decides everything.
  • When you need it, and whether a later part-delivery is any use to you.

What We Will Not Do

We will not print a run to order, and we will not add a name or a logo to a garment. Every drawing here is set up for the shapes it already runs on, and customisation is a different business from this one.

What we will do is be straight with you about quantity. If a request cannot be filled properly, saying so early is worth more than a part-filled box arriving the week you needed it.

Sizing a Group Order Without Measuring Everyone

The size breakdown decides whether a request can be filled, so it is worth getting closer than a guess. The quickest method that works: ask everyone for the flat chest measurement of a top they already wear and like, not their usual size. Those numbers map straight onto the garment column in the size guide, and they remove the two-size spread that habit introduces.

Shape helps too. Oversized hoodies and boxy tees absorb a size error across a group, which is why a run in three sizes often works where a fitted piece in four does not. If the group is mixed and you are ordering blind, the forgiving shapes are the safer request.

Ordering in Two Parts

Where stock is thin, a run can sometimes be split: the sizes that exist now, and the rest when the next run lands. Say early whether a part-delivery is any use to you, because that changes what can be promised.

How a Bulk Enquiry Works

Tell us the pieces, the sizes and the quantity you have in mind, and whether a date is firm or flexible. The honest limit is stock: a single colorway rarely has deep numbers in every size at once, so a large order often means splitting across prints or waiting for a restock rather than pulling fifty of one thing off the shelf. We will tell you which of those applies before you commit. The rest of the range sits on Spider Canada, so browse it first and come with specific pieces rather than a general idea.

Teams and Group Orders

Matching sets for a team work best when the order is placed in one go, because two dye lots of the same shade bought weeks apart rarely land in exactly the same tone.

Payment and dispatch for a large order are handled the same careful way as a single one, with a read-back of exactly what is going out before anything is packed.
