Shipping and Delivery
Spider Canada shipping starts here: every order is packed by hand from the same small run of stock you see on the product pages. Nothing gets drop-shipped in from elsewhere, and nothing is printed once your order lands. Whatever is listed is sitting on the shelf.
Spider Canada shipping is set out below: how an order moves once it leaves us, where it can go, and what to do when a parcel goes quiet. Costs and delivery windows depend on where you are, so those are confirmed at checkout rather than promised here.
What Happens After You Order
You get a confirmation email straight away with the order number and everything on it. That email is worth keeping, because the order number is the first thing anyone will ask for if a question comes up later. Packing happens in batches, and you get a second email the moment your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Where Spider Canada Shipping Reaches
Delivery is available to the destinations offered at checkout. If your country appears in the address step, we can send there. If it does not, nothing further happens once you reach payment, so check the address step before filling in the rest of the form.
Following a Parcel
The dispatch email carries the tracking reference. Give it a day to start updating before reading much into it, because carriers scan a parcel into their system at their own pace rather than at the moment they collect it.
When a Parcel Stops Moving
Sometimes tracking goes quiet mid-route. Nine times out of ten the parcel is simply between scans and turns up on schedule. If it has not moved for several scans in a row and the delivery estimate has passed, send us the order number, and we will chase the carrier from our side.
Check These Before You Place the Order
- Apartment, floor, building number: if the carrier will need it, put it in the address.
- Pick an address where somebody can actually take the parcel, or a collection point if one shows at checkout.
- Check the size before ordering, because a swap is easier to avoid than to arrange.
None of this is unusual, but almost every delayed order we see comes down to one of those three.
If the Details Change After Ordering
An address can only be corrected before the parcel is handed to the carrier, so tell us quickly if you spot a mistake. Once it is scanned in, the carrier controls where it goes and we cannot redirect it.
For anything else about an order already placed, use the contact page and include the order number. That one detail turns a slow conversation into a quick one.
