Why There Is Nothing Here Yet
A label this size gets one shot at a first event, and doing it badly is worse than not doing it. Until the empty shelves have something on them, there is not enough here to build a room around.
What One Would Look Like
Small, print-led, and somewhere you could actually handle the garments rather than look at them behind a rope. Seeing how a drawing sits on cloth is the one thing a screen genuinely cannot do. The part worth standing in a room for is fit rather than color. A dropped shoulder on an oversized tee, the break of an open hem over a shoe, how much a fitted long sleeve actually holds through the chest: all of those are one try-on away and several returns away online. Until then the. size guide carries the same information as flat measurements in inches, which is the closest substitute there is.
How You Would Hear About It
It would go on this page with a date and an address, and nowhere else first. Meanwhile the closest thing to news on this site is the new arrivals page, which moves whenever a colorway lands.
What You Could Actually Judge in a Room
Two things never survive a photograph. The first is weight: the difference between a 380 GSM terry hoodie and a 240 GSM crewneck is obvious in the hand and invisible on a screen, and it is the single detail people most often get wrong when ordering. The second is scale. A drawing that covers a back panel reads differently at arm’s length than it does cropped into a product shot, and lettering down a sweatpant leg is spaced for a full leg rather than for a thumbnail.
An event here would be built around those two things rather than around a launch. Rails you can reach, garments you can turn inside out, and someone able to answer a sizing question without reading from a card.
Until Then
The nearest substitute is the measurement table and a garment you already own to compare it against. Anything newly listed appears under what’s new first, and this page stays empty until there is a date and an address to print.
How We Handle Events
When there is a pop-up, a market stall or a launch worth turning up to, it is posted here with a date and an address, and not before. We would rather this page sat quiet than fill it with a “coming soon” that never arrives. If you want to be told when something is on, the honest route is to keep an eye on the shop itself, because that is updated the same day a plan becomes real. The range you would see at any event is the same one on Spider Canada.
Bringing Pieces to Try
At an in-person event the value is handling the fleece and checking the fit in person, since the cut runs oversized and a label size does not always tell the whole story. Measurements still beat habit, even across a table.
